How to Manage your Account

You can edit your profile in 4 easy steps:

On the browser:

  1. From the home screen, click on drop-down menu next Sell button.
  2. Right next to you profile picture, click the link that reads, “View & Edit profile”.
  3. Edit your information.
  4. Finally, choose SAVE CHANGES.

If you need to change your password, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account on the website (sorry this is not supported on our apps)
  • Go to your ‘Settings’

If you find that you are receiving a notification that your account is banned, this means that you’ve either breached one our posting rules or our Trust and Safety team has found some fishy business relating to your account.
